The first is a point of view of people working underneath sparks of fireworks, a comic duo “Regular” reporting one of the most eminent firework making companies in Japan and trying to coverage their operation in a firework-festival. The other is the one of people working for a company called “Ninja” who undertakes international service operations only in high places such as top of towers or bridges. A muscle-boast comedian tries to climb up the top of a 138-meter high tower to capture a sight of sunrise from there.
